Fluffy Strokes
The Latest & GREATEST Brow Technique
Introducing the newest technique in the PMU industry, fluffy strokes. This technique is done by machine and differs from classic machine hair strokes that we have known until now in the industry. We layer the pigment with powdery movements causing less trauma to the skin which results in better healed results. This technique improves on the older machine stroke techniques that work inside the skin causing more trauma and less color retention after healing.
Fluffy Brows is envisioned to be an evolution of how the PMU industry defines itself now and in the future.

Please call 310-855-9558 for tuition prices and details. To register for the course you will need to pay a 30% deposit when you book your course. The remaining balance is paid on the first physical day of your course. Due to high enrollment volume and county preparation requirements, your deposit is 100% NON REFUNDABLE. You are able to transfer your deposit to a different course/course date if necessary. If you are unable to attend the course you signed up for you must inform the academy at least 10 days before your selected course in order to have your deposit transfer.
Once we receive your deposit, you will be prompted to purchase your SPCP texts. You will need to go to the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals website at https://www.spcp.org/ and purchase it directly from SPCP. You will need both the textbook and the accompanying workbook. This text is required and mandatory for your 100 hour certification. You should begin to read your SPCP textbook and fill in the accompanying workbook. It is recommended that you complete those before the start of the course. If it is not complete by the last day of your course you will not receive the total number of hours.
You will also receive the links you will need (via email) to complete your first day online, pass your test on day two, and access the prestudy videos.You will then also be mailed your brow practice book and other materials you will need to begin practicing for your course (instructions and guides will be mailed to you with this packet).
