We have a strict non-refundable policy. Once you submit your payment to Golden Brows Academy, it is 100% non-refundable.

You are able to transfer your payment to a different course date (up to three times). However, your payment is non-transferable within 2 weeks of your enrolled course date. Once you meet the maximum transfer occurrences (up to three times) you forfeit 100% of your payment.

In the event of a cancellation due to an emergency, please contact the Business Manager for Golden Brows Academy at info@goldenbrows.com or (424) 653-1133. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
